Description
Bst DNA Polymerase, Full Length is the full length polymerase from Bacillus stearothermophilus that contains the 5' → 3' polymerase activity and the 5' → 3' exonuclease activity. This polymerase also has strand displacement capabilities making it an ideal candidate for isothermal amplification.
