Product Overview
The FireGene One-Step RT-LAMP SYBR Green kit is a reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) based kit. The RT-LAMP Enzyme Mix contains the Bst DNA Polymerase and the M-MLV (H- ) Reverse Transcriptase (heat-resistant) as the key enzymes. It can be used for SYBR® Green I fluorescence quantification of LAMP with high sensitivity and strong specificity. Combined with the Buffer optimized for SYBR® Green I method, it can inhibit non-specific amplification, thereby significantly improving the amplification efficiency, and is suitable for high-sensitivity dye-based LAMP detection reactions. This product is provided in a convenient Mix, which can obtain a good standard curve in a wide range, and can accurately quantify and detect the target gene with high repeatability and reliability.
