The Kit is designed to isolate RNA from microbes present in environmental water samples including bacteria (both gram + and gram -), fungi and algae. With Inhibitor Removal Technology, even water containing heavy amounts of contaminants can be processed to provide high quality RNA. RNA is ready to use in RT-qPCR and RNA-seq.
