Product Introduction

This product is a rabbit polyclonal antibody. Microtubules are essential components of the cytoskeleton found in all mammalian cells. They are composed of α-tubulin and β-tubulin—each with a molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa—existing in the form of αβ-heterodimers. As the expression level of β-tubulin remains relatively constant, it is frequently used as an internal control for normalization in Western blot analysis.
