This antibody is an HRP-conjugated rabbit polyclonal antibody. Microtubules are essential components of the cytoskeleton found in all mammalian cells. They are composed of α-tubulin and β-tubulin—each with a molecular weight of approximately 55 kDa—existing as αβ-heterodimers. As their expression levels remain relatively constant, they are frequently used as internal controls for normalization in Western blot assays.
