[Intended Use]

Used for nucleic acid extraction, enrichment, purification, etc.

[Test Principle]

This reagent adopts a safe and non-toxic lysis buffer formula to rapidly release DNA from samples. Through a high-efficiency binding and purification system, DNA with good integrity and high purity can be extracted.

It is suitable for rapid isolation and purification of microbial genomic DNA from clinical human pathogenic microorganisms.

Using specially surface-treated, nano-scale, superparamagnetic microspheres to selectively adsorb nucleic acids, high-quality DNA extraction is achieved.
