These 3 mL pyrogen-free vials are manufactured for use as the primary container in Control Standard Endotoxin (CSE) reconstitution and serial dilution, and in Endotoxin Challenge Vial (ECV) preparation for LAL and TAL endotoxin testing.
Each vial is tested endotoxin-free at the manufacturing stage, sterile-sealed, and made from non-toxic, USP-grade material with uniform wall thickness for consistent volume measurement and airtight closure during vortex mixing — a step where standard labware frequently introduces false-positive interference.
Compatible with Gel-Clot, Kinetic Chromogenic, and End-Point Chromogenic LAL/TAL assay formats. Suitable for use in workflows aligned with USP <85> Bacterial Endotoxins Test and pharmacopeial requirements for pharmaceutical QC, biotech, and medical device testing.
