Project Actual Measurement
At present, we have completed a large number of single-nucleus sequencing projects of frozen samples processed with this kit, involving many tissue types. The following shows part of the project data. The results show that the nucleus suspension processed by this kit has a high nucleated rate, low clumping rate, clean background, and intact nuclear membrane. After sequencing, the obtained data have a high median number of genes and a low mitochondrial ratio, showing excellent overall performance!
