This product is a recombinant mouse monoclonal antibody against β-actin, serving as a powerful tool for studying the intracellular distribution and cytoskeletal role of this protein. β-actin is a major protein in striated muscle fibers and a primary component of muscle thin filaments and cytoskeletal microfilaments. It is widely distributed, highly conserved, and has a molecular weight of 42–43 kDa; due to its relatively stable expression within cells, it is frequently used as an internal control for normalization.
