This kit uses a unique xylene-free dewaxing formula to lyse and release trace amounts of DNA in paraffin section tissues, and utilizes special surface-treated nano-scale superparamagnetic microspheres to selectively adsorb nucleic acids to achieve high-quality DNA extraction. The obtained high-purity genomic DNA can be used for PCR, Sanger gene sequencing, next-generation gene sequencing, gene chip hybridization, etc.
In clinical tests, it can be used for sample pretreatment of nucleic acid detection items such as tumor tissue gene mutation detection, personalized drug therapy diagnosis and so on.
