Description
This kit uses a unique xylene-free dewaxing formula to lyse and release trace RNAs in paraffin section tissues, and based on superparamagnetic magnetic particle purification technology, the extraction process is simple and fast. The obtained total RNA can be directly used in RT-PCR, fluorescence quantification, next-generation sequencing and other experiments. The kit can also be efficiently used in conjunction with a pipetting workstation and a magnetic bar method magnetic bead automatic extraction system for fast and large sample volume extraction.
