Product Introduction
This product is an affinity-purified, recombinant mouse antibody conjugated with horseradish peroxidase (HRP). It specifically recognizes the Fc region of rabbit IgG without reacting with the Fab region, offering high sensitivity and low background. It shows no significant cross-reactivity with IgG from other species and is suitable for Western Blot, ELISA, and immunohistochemistry applications.
This product is recommended for immunoprecipitation (IP) experiments when the target protein has a molecular weight close to 25 kDa, as it avoids interference from IgG light chain bands.
