Product Introduction
WJ101 consists of 9 protein bands ranging from 15 kDa to 150 kDa (15, 20, 25, 35, 40, 50, 70, 100, and 150 kDa). WJ102, WJ103, and WJ106 consist of 11 protein bands ranging from 10 kDa to 250 kDa (10, 15, 20, 25, 35, 40, 50, 70, 100, 150, and 250 kDa). This range of molecular weights allows for monitoring protein separation during electrophoresis, estimating the molecular weight of target proteins, and assessing transfer efficiency in Western blot experiments. The 25 kDa and 70 kDa bands are conjugated with red or green dyes, facilitating real-time monitoring of electrophoresis progress and molecular weight estimation; notably, WJ106 is particularly suitable for near-infrared fluorescence imaging systems.
Buffer composition: 62.5 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5/25°C), 1 mM EDTA, 2% (w/v) SDS, 10 mM DTT, 33% (w/v) glycerol.

Operating Steps
1. Allow the sample to stand at room temperature for several minutes before loading; after thawing, gently mix well to ensure the solution is homogeneous；
2. Load an appropriate volume into the gel well; the recommended amount is 2–5 μL per well, which may be adjusted as necessary；
3. After use, close the tube cap and return it to 4°C or -20°C.
Note: Taking a 5 μL sample as an example, the protein content of each band for WJ101, WJ102, WJ103, and WJ106 is approximately 1–3 μg.

Precautions
1. This product already contains loading buffer and is ready for direct use; do not heat or boil；
2. To avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles and contamination, aliquot the product and store at -20°C;
3. Pre-stained protein molecular weight standards are intended solely for approximate molecular weight reference; batch-to-batch variation is approximately 5%;
4. If using a near-infrared fluorescence imaging system, please select the WJ106;
5. In low-concentration gels, low-molecular-weight bands will co-migrate with the front and cannot be resolved;
6. The migration rate of prestained proteins varies across different gel and buffer systems; this can be corrected using unstained protein molecular weight standards, allowing the proteins to be used normally based on the corrected results;
7. Protein molecular weight standards may undergo non-specific binding with antibodies; this can be optimized by reducing the antibody concentration, shortening the incubation time, and decreasing the loading amount of the protein molecular weight standards;
