Product Introduction
This product is a rabbit polyclonal antibody. Actin is a major component of the cytoskeleton and is widely expressed in eukaryotic cells; at least six actin isoforms have been identified to date. Actin is found in cells across a wide range of species and exhibits high conservation, sharing similar immunogenic and physical characteristics. Due to its relatively stable expression within cells, it is frequently used as an internal control for normalization. This antibody is commonly employed as an internal control for various model organisms, such as *Arabidopsis thaliana* and rice.
