Formulated with multiple antibody-stabilizing agents, it enhances antibody activity and stability, minimizes non-specific antibody binding and background staining, and improves experimental specificity and sensitivity. Its overall performance is significantly superior to traditional dilution buffers based on BSA (bovine serum albumin) or non-fat dry milk; it is suitable for the dilution and preparation of primary antibodies for Western Blotting.

Instructions for Use
Use this product directly to dilute the primary antibody to the appropriate ratio. Based on a requirement of 10 mL of dilution buffer per use, this 100 mL bottle is sufficient for 10 dilutions. Primary antibodies diluted with this product can be recovered and stored at 4°C for repeated use, and should be discarded only when they no longer yield satisfactory results.
