Description

Product Introduction

This product consists of an optimized mixture of various protease and phosphatase inhibitors. During protein extraction and purification, the use of a single solution effectively prevents protein degradation by endogenous proteases and phosphatases. Its composition includes a diverse array of inhibitors—such as Aprotinin, Bestatin, Leupeptin, E-64, NaF, Sodium Orthovanadate, Sodium Pyrophosphate, and β-glycerophosphate—making it broadly applicable to research involving protein purification, Western blotting, co-immunoprecipitation, immunofluorescence, immunohistochemistry, and kinase assays. Furthermore, as it is free of substances such as AEBSF that can induce peak shifts, this product is compatible with mass spectrometry (MS) analysis.

Instructions for Use

1. This product is suitable for various experiments involving protein quantification or activity analysis (such as Western Blot, Co-IP, Pull-down, IF, and IHC), protecting proteins from degradation by proteases and phosphatases.

2. Simply add this product to the target solution (e.g., cell lysis buffer, protein extraction buffer, etc.) at a dilution ratio of 1:100 (by volume).

Precautions

1. The levels of proteases and phosphatases vary among samples from different sources; a 1:100 dilution is the recommended standard working concentration. In practice, if high levels of proteases or phosphatases are detected, the concentration of this product may be appropriately increased.

2. This product does not contain EDTA; if required, it must be added separately.

3. This product does not contain Pepstatin A; if inhibition of acidic proteases is required, Pepstatin A must be added separately.

4. This product is a high-concentration solution; upon prolonged storage, trace crystalline precipitates may form. This is a normal phenomenon and does not affect experimental results.

5.  For your safety and health, please wear a lab coat and disposable gloves while performing operations. All inhibitors are toxic to humans; avoid direct contact with the skin. In the event of accidental skin contact, immediately rinse thoroughly with copious amounts of water. If accidentally ingested, seek immediate medical attention.

6. This product is for research use only.
