This product is a latest-generation, high-efficiency secondary antibody diluent. Formulated with multiple antibody-protecting agents, it enhances antibody activity and stability, minimizes non-specific antibody binding and background staining, and improves experimental specificity and sensitivity. Its overall performance is significantly superior to traditional diluents based on BSA (bovine serum albumin) or non-fat dry milk; it is suitable for the dilution and preparation of secondary antibodies for Western Blotting.

Instructions for Use
Use this product directly to dilute the secondary antibody to the appropriate concentration. Based on a requirement of 10 mL of dilution buffer per use, this 100 mL bottle is sufficient for 10 dilutions. After use, the diluted secondary antibody can be recovered and stored at 4°C for repeated use; it should be discarded only when it no longer yields satisfactory results.
