Preparation Method for Transfer Buffer (1×)
1000 mL Transfer Buffer (1×):
100 mL Transfer Buffer (10×) + 700 mL deionized water + 200 mL methanol (or absolute ethanol)
Note: During preparation, please first dilute the transfer buffer (10×) with deionized water, and add the alcohol last.
