Product Introduction
This product consists of white or pale yellow instant granules; its main components are Tris, glycine, and SDS. Each packet of granules can be used to prepare 1 L of 1× Tris/glycine/SDS electrophoresis buffer, containing 25 mM Tris, 192 mM glycine, and 0.1% SDS.
Instructions for Use
1. Pour approximately 600 mL of distilled water into a beaker, slowly add one packet of Tris/Glycine/SDS electrophoresis buffer granules, and stir the solution until the granules are completely dissolved.
2. Add distilled water to the solution obtained in Step 1 and adjust the volume to 1 L to obtain 1× Tris/Glycine/SDS electrophoresis buffer.
