10× Tris/Glycine/SDS electrophoresis buffer is a commonly used buffer for protein electrophoresis, containing 0.25 M Tris, 1.92 M glycine, and 1% SDS (pH 8.3).
Instructions for Use
This product is a 10× concentrate; please dilute it with distilled or deionized water to a 1× electrophoresis buffer before use.
