Product Description
This product consists of white or pale yellow instant-dissolving granules, with Tris and glycine as the primary components. Each packet can be used to prepare 1 L of 1× wet transfer buffer containing 25 mM Tris and 192 mM glycine.
Operating Steps
1. Pour approximately 600 mL of distilled water into a beaker, slowly add one packet of rapid-dissolve transfer buffer granules, and stir the solution until the granules are completely dissolved;
2. Add distilled water to the solution obtained in Step 1 and adjust the volume to 800 mL;
3. Add 200 mL of methanol or absolute ethanol to the solution obtained in Step 2 and mix well to obtain the 1× wet transfer buffer.
